The NIBBLER® SBP product line was developed for systems having a greater than 2.43 pounds per day BOD5. System configurations incorporate a surge tank to capture peak flows. This allows the NIBBLER and disposal system to be reduced in size as they are designed based on average daily flow. The treatment process is guaranteed to reduce high strength waste to a residential equivalent BOD5 <150 mg/L and FOG < 25mg/L.
